Provider - Shift Disputes
👩⚕️ Provider Notice: Dispute Handling & Payment Policy
At VeeShift, providers are set to maintain high standards of professionalism and care. When a facility disputes a shift, VeeShift will investigate to ensure a resolution as soon as possible.
🕵️ What Happens If a Shift You Worked Is Disputed?
If you notice that your shift was disputed, respond to the email you received right away.
Please also call the facility directly to resolve the issue — their phone number will be included in the dispute notification email. If you're unable to reach them or need support, reply to the email or contact us at help@veeshift.com.
Timely communication is key to resolving disputes and protecting your pay and your account.
- If the facility's dispute is accepted, you will be contacted with the reason for the dispute.
If you have been paid for the shift already:
The payment may be reversed from future shifts or a repayment plan will be required. VeeShift holds the right to deactivate or ban you from picking up more shifts until this dispute is resolved.
If you haven’t been paid yet:
- No payment will be processed
- You will receive a notification with the reason for dispute acceptance.
- If the dispute is rejected and you haven't been paid yet:
- You will be paid in full as scheduled once the facility's dispute is rejected.
This system is designed to protect both providers and facilities while upholding the integrity of our platform. If you have any concerns, reach out to support—we’re here to help.
