Learn about how to use VeeShift effectively
A first look at the provider app: where your shifts are, how to find open ones, and why you have to stay reachable.
Pick up an open shift, accept the facility requirements, and sign the documents from the card on Home before you go.
Reconfirm when the window opens, tap Heading Out when you actually leave, and update your ETA if you are running late.
Clock in when you arrive, get a real signature at the end, and do not leave charting or the break question blank.
Open the completed shift and read Review Status before you call. The facility approves a normal hold. Disputes go to VeeShift.
Set up the VeeShift Partner Wallet from Profile before your first shift. No wallet means the pay has nowhere to go.
Release a shift while it is still 24 hours out. Inside 24 hours, release does nothing and a late cancellation can freeze the account.
Open the Frozen Status card and read the Freeze Guide. You cannot take new shifts, and the freeze ends on its own.
Use the chat bubble for VeeShift and the facility. Open a shift from the card in the thread, and filter to unread when the list is long.
Turn on Open for Hire, answer a match when it shows up, and apply to full-time roles from the briefcase.
Running late? Update your ETA from the provider app.
