Cancelled Shifts

Every cancellation sorted by type: provider released (24+ hrs ahead), late provider cancellations (under 24 hrs), facility cancellations, and shifts auto-cancelled by VeeShift.

Open Cancelled Items

Go to Shift Insights, then Cancelled Items. The page shows the last 7 days, with one tab per category.

• Provider - Released Shifts: cancelled more than 24 hours before the start. These are timely cancellations.
• Provider - Late Cancellations: cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start. Late cancellations made within 2 hours of the start are in a separate workspace on the side bar.
• Facility Cancellations: cancelled by the facility more than 2 hours before the start. No charge applies.
• Auto-Canceled by VeeShift: the provider's account is on hold, so their upcoming shifts are removed.
