How to Check Reconfirmation Status and Request Reconfirmations

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to check the reconfirmation status and request reconfirmations using the navigation bar.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Menu:

   Click the menu icon located in the navigation bar.

2. Select Reconfirmation Status:

   From the top menu, select Reconfirmation Status for a better view.

3. Request Reconfirmation:

   In the tab section, click on Request Reconfirmation.

4. Submit Request:

   Click the Request Reconfirmation button to submit your request.

5. View Confirmation Status:

   To view the confirmation status, select Reconfirmation Status from the navigation bar.

6. Check for Updates:

   You'll see the reconfirmation status of each shift. If they confirmed a late arrival, look out for the updated ETA for the shift.
