## How to Create and Post a Shift Template in the Schedule

### Creating a Shift Template

1. In the navigation bar, click on **Schedule** for a better calendar view.

2. In the schedule view, hover over a shift and click the **plus icon** on any shift.

3. From the drop-down menu, select **Save as Template**.

4. In the modal, enter a name for the template.

5. Click the **Save** button in the modal to confirm your selections.

Once you have completed these steps, the template has been created.

### Posting a Shift via Templates

1. Hover over an empty slot on the calendar and select the **_Template_** button on the schedule to open shift templates.

2. All previously saved shift templates will pop up.

3. Choose the template you desire.

You can also hover over any shift you'd like to use as a template. Follow these steps:

1. Click on the plus sign.

2. Then select "Add from Template".

3. In the shift templates modal, select the shift you desire.

And just like that, the shift will be posted. This process is super easy and a great way to use our platform.
